Biogas DIY Training 3

Inoculation

  • prepare adequate cow dung - in this case about 20 kilogram for a 45 liter digester (~50:50) if you do not have many cow dung a ratio of 70:30 is also sufficient (water to cow dung).
  • mix cow dung with same amount of water very well
  • pour the mixture into newly developed digester
  • close all valve except stay open valve on biogas outlet that is connected to an inner tube
  • put to rest until the gas is formed inside inner tube (place your digester under hot sun)

Easy right? Now everyone can have their own biogas!

Good luck guys.
